797C Notice of Action Question

So I finally got a receipt in the mail for the 130, 765 and 485 (yeay!!).

My question is about the 130; should it say somewhere on this notice that it is a USC petitionng for a spouse? All it says on mine is that it is a "Petition for Aline Relative" but for all I know it was entered in an LPR for an unmarried child or something.

I dont think mine says specifically that it is for spouse. I would imagine receipt notices are the same in format for all cases, since I-130 is used as a petition for a relative/fiance/orphan...Just make sure the spelling of your name is correct

One more thing....

I went online to set up my receipt numbers to get email updates and they cannot be found...does it take a few days before it is accesible online? ND was 7/20 so it's been 3 business days already.

I received mine on Jun 29 and they were dated Jun 26. I found them immediately. But I heard before they take few days to be uploaded in their system.

I was able to do it as soon as I received the notices...maybe sometimes it takes longer.
