797 notices

Hi,

I got my labor approval notice few days back. Now i am in the process of filing 140 and 485 concurantly. My attorney is asking for all the 797 approval notices. Is this mandatory for filing 485 ?
I dont have one of the 797 for almost an year during 2001.
Appreciate any information regarding this

BTW, of the ones you have..give the photocopies to your attorney... Always save a copy for yourself . The one 797 you do not have ... do you have correesponding visa stamped on your passport? A copy of that might do. Talk with your attorney.
