I filed Labor on Sep 31, 2001 in CA, got remanded now it's in BEC Dallas. H 1B already 7 yr extension until Oct 1, 2006. I have bachelor degree in Software Engineer, have been working for more than 10 years. Should I change job and apply for PERM? I know PERM takes about 3-4 months, then I have to apply for I140 and 485. Will I have enough time to get greencard before H1 expire? Please help!!!!
