I am currently on H1B and completing my 6 Years in Jan 2006. My wife was on H4 for last three years and now on EAD last one year.
If she apply for H1B (if our green card rejected and her employer is ready to her H1B):
My question is her 6 years will start from the day she goes on H1B or last H4(3 yrs) and EAD(1yr ) period will be count against 6 years H1B limit.
