I need your advice on the options available for me.
a) Labor certification applied on 2003 Aug, haven't got 45 day letter. I'm in 7th year extension valid till Feb 2007
b) My employer is moving jobs to india, and my project is also moved. We are asked either to go to india or get laid off.
c) What are the options I have? My employer can provider my a copy of LC receipt. With that any one can apply for visa transfer and extension, and perm?
d) Do I have any other options
