I am a marketing director in a multinational IT company in Michigan. My H1 will expire in 7/05. My Canadian PR may be approved Q1 05. What to do?
Option 1 Transfer to a subsidary in Asia for a year, return with L1 or H1, then apply EB1 3 (multinational executive) would it work? Pros? Cons?
Option 2 Work from home in Canada as remote employee for a year (my company does NOT have an office in Canada, though), then return with a fresh H1, then go thru PERM/EB2 RIR...would it work? Pros? Cons?
Other options? Any benefit to start US LC process now? Help!
