6th Year of H1B Visa, I-140 deny– What are the options to transfer h1 and start fresh GC

Current Situation:
6 months remain to expire my 6th years of H1 b visa.
GC filed in EB3 Professional Category in 2011 and Perm Labor approved in 2012.
I-140 filed after that – received notice of intend to deny due to 3 year bachelor degree education from India even though we submitted credential evaluation.
I-140 deny in Oct
Questions:
1. What are the options if I want to transfer H1 to company B with only 6 months of visa is left?
2. Is it possible to get 7th Year extension + my current reaming months on the basis of pending i-140 appeal and 1 year of approved Perm if moved to other company?
3. Is it possible to transfer h1 to company B on the basis of 7th Year of H1 B Visa?
OR any other advise in this matter. --
I am confused... I am not going to change the current company if I get the 7th extension here and if they start the new GC process but posting above questions to know the options.

For you to take benefit of 7th year H-1B extension under AC21, your I-140 should have been approved and should remain approved i.e. should not been withdrawn or revoked even after you leave employer A to start working for employer B on H-1B.
