6th Year H1B . Important Date Calculations

I would be starting my 6th year on H1b on 8/26/2005 .
When should the advertising process start if Permanent LC has to be filed :
1) Non-RIR .
2) RIR
3) PERM .
By what date should the Advertising start and by what date should the application be filed for labor Certification ?
 
Your lc application should be filed such that your priority date is before your 6th year start date..you have to plan ur advertising process accordingly...
 
Durations of advertising required

If PERM becomes effective 3/28/05 , can the advertising start before that ?
I was hired by my employer in September 2004 . Can my original recruitment process be used for applying under PERM .

Yes advertising could start before March 2005.

Yes you can use the recruitment process for PERM only if it meets PERM requirement.
