I am on 6th year extension. My employer applied for visa extension in Dec2009 as my I-94 from previous extension was expiring on Jan 11 2010.
Received an RFE inFeb and replied for same on Mar 10.
Here is the situation. For RFE they asked contract agreement between client and vendor . 2008 and 2009 W2’s and my tax returns ,also company's each quarter tax returns. List of all employees on H1.
Later, I came to know from the vendor that my employer has changed some documents like contract start/end dates and submitted to uscis. It seems that uscis has cross checked the documents with vendor and found mismatch. Still my case is pending.
What are my chances of approving H1 b. Can I transfer my H1 to different company at this time.
