60 days from FP2. No News. RD 12/2002

I have completed 60 days from my FP2. Not sure when they going to touch the case.
My scheduled date was 08/13. But I did early on 07/22.

My LUD changed twice 08/23 and 08/24. I don't know whether my clock starts from 07/22 or 08/13. I have sent a fax to FBI to find out name check. I am getting frustrated.

I just had my 2nd fingerprint done this weekend.
I sent an expidite request to VSC last week, and someone from VSC called me at my office, we got talking and he told me after my 2nd fingerprints were done I should be approved within 2 months but if he was being honest it would probably be closer to 4 months.

Where do you fax for FBI Namecheck? Is it voluntary ? can you shed some light on the FBI thing?
