My 6 yr term expires in March 21 02, but so far my labor is not cleared.
My priority date is March 1, 2001.
My current visa stamp expires in Jan 02, but my lawyer said he will apply for extension from Jan to March (I came to US 6 weeks late) and also additional 3 months (during which I was out of USA for pleasure trips).
I am sure that I won\'t get extension for those 3 months. But my lawer said they will take 4 to 6 months to make that decision.
What are chances if apply for 7th year extension before I clear my labor?
