My 6 Years of status is going to expire in July of this year. I have applied for my green card and it's in the final stage. I have applied for I-485 on August 2002 and my EAD on November 15th of 2002. But still I did not received my EAD. My question was if don't receive my EAD by July 2003, what I have to do to keep my status valid in USA. Can I extend my H1? I appreciate if some one can answer my question.
