Hello,
My company applied for my GC in Sep 2000 in the RIR category. They thought I would get my LC in 4-6 months, I-140 in 2-4 months, and then I could do CP and be OK before my H1 ran out in Mar 2002. However, the attorney has told me that INS has been doing something else and my LC is still pending after 14 months! I don\'t know how to believe this. In any case, what can I do about getting a 7th year extension. Please let me know my options. Thanks.
