6 years expiring with LC pending

Hi

6 years will be expiring mid-2006. LC has been filed under PERM before end of 5th year and awaiting approval. If job is changed meanwhile, can this LC file date be used for 7th year extension?

Hello experts,

Since i did not get any answer, maybe it was missed...

Anyway, the situation is that my company is not doing well.. they have filed for my LC towards the end of my 5th year. I am now already in my 6th year. My dilemma is, can I switch jobs and use the LC date for my 7th year extension? I am not looking at using it as priority date, which I know cannot be done. The only thing is, since the new company will not have 365 days for LC to be pending, what are the best options?
