I have a question.
Me and my husband are on H1 currently and we came to US together and this is our last year on H1 expiring in Sep'2003.
My husband has filed for GC and his labor has crossed 1 yr so he shud get a 7th yr H1 extension ... If I decide to leave my company and wishes to come on H4....Will it be a problem?
