6 year expiring--help!!

My six years on H1B will be expiring soon. My wife has filed a labor certification application about a year back ...can i extend my H1B for seventh year based on her LC application

NO! You cannot extend your H-1B based on your spouse's LC. Your spouse can extend her H-1B, and you will have to go on H-4
