I heard that your sponsoring employer can try to revoke your green card if you change jobs within 6 months of getting GC. This based upon the emplyer proving that your intention was never to stay with the company but just getting the GC. Is there any truth in it. Have heard there was a law suite in california in which the judge sided with the employer..... or is it just a rumor being spread.
