6% Approval Rate in Rupnet

Right from Nov 1st,2002 - Nov 19th,2002 (12 INS Working days) there are 76 approvals for VSC according to rupnet, Which means 76/12 = 6.33% = roughly more than 6% approvals are flooding in......

I think it's high time to see November approvals comein atleast in another 2 or 3 days. Let's keep the hope...

Unfortunately this means most of us Nov-01 filers will also enter our 14 month mark by the time we get approved.

I don't understand what is wrong with these INS guys. Now that they are supposed to have the IBIS system fully in place and all those agents trained on how to use it, what else can be slowing them down????

I just wonder, We know there are a lot of Oct. cases been transfered, can we expect Oct. could be a little bit easier to pass by?

But Wherezgc , you know what? INS give out more RFEs than before. Maybe that is the major reason for the slowing.
 
Girish .. i appreciate your time and effort in arriving at this statistics.

I totally agree with your conclusion that
approval for Nov. RD 2001 filers will be well into Jan-Feb 2003, though it may start of in Dec 2002, unless we see change in processing pattern by INS in coming weeks.
