570 to 600 days???

I just got this message in TSC today:

"Receipt Number: SRC03186XXXX

Application Type: I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status

Current Status:

On February 4, 2004, your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status was received here for processing. It is taking between 570 and 600 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

Is this right?
This means just 19 to 20 months!

Are you sure the Receipt Number is SRC03186XXXX?
2004 filer should have Recipt nummber like: SRC04XXXXXX,
Because this is 2004 year.
 
I have applied in Dec 2003 but my status says -

"It is taking between 990 and 999 days for us to process this kind of case".

I think this is the usual message from TSC. . .
