540 days complete

540 days complete since I filed the I485 application to INS.

Is it good to call INS and ask them about it or should I wait.

Please respond.

You should count your 540 days from the RD date. So you still have 11 days to go. You can call but don't expect a useful answer. I have called twice but have not received any meaningful info.

You are right rayman , I guess , what i will do is after 6 days from today i will submit a document to my congresssman, because this is going too far.

There are many Nov applicants waiting desperately for their approvals and its kinda hard at end to have real patience. I beleive ur case shud be under review or may be approved already. Do check ur case status online everyday.

When I called IIO (ofcourse after 540 days ), they said my case will take around 30-60 days to get my approval. So u might get the same answer. Good luck.
