5-year MS EB2

Hi Gurus,
Does anybody have experience with 5-year Master's degrees in EB2? It's from a well-known Eastern-European university that didn't issue Bachelor's, only the Master's after 10 semesters. Credits and subjects are equal or even more than a US BA+MS, but when it comes to the I-140 it doesn't always count. The funny thing is that when I was researching for this on the internet, I found some US universities advertising their 5-year MS programs.

Any thoughts?

Much depends on educational evaluation, BTW - Similar programs were offered (early '90s) in India too, one of the program I know was 5 year Integrated MSc in Physics from IIT.

I've just got a notice that my I-140 was approved. I can't tell you how happy I am right now. :D
