5 year home/job history counting

I am planning to file N400 in Aug '07.

Do I have to put my home and job history from 08/2007 to 08/2002 (or I
MUST provide upto 01/2002)?

You need to supply 5 years history up to the date on which you file.

If you are planning to apply in August 2007 then you have to list your Job History for the previous 5 years. So in your case you have to list your job history from 08/2002 thru
08/ 2007. You do not have to provide job history as of 01/2002.

Remember also that your trips out of the US have to be documented since you were granted legal resident status (Green Card), not only the last five years.
