my girlfriend,a canadain, was banned for working and living in u.s. in 2003.
we just got married in canada 2006. any advice on getting her in u.s. or troubles in doing so.
If she overstayed or was deported from the US the road to return is very long and almost impossible especially if you both live together in another country.
