It looks like NSC is back in action. This is solid improvement.

All of them have RFE.

I saw that few of the approvals doesn't have RFEs.

It cannot reduce backlog if they still ask for so many RFEs

and one of guys has put the most odd dates like "30/30/0130" and "17/17/1117"
