I applied for the green card in July 2002 for me and my husband through my company. I got mine approved in 3.5 months on Nov. 15, 2002, but my husband's is still pending. The lawyer called the INS and told me that it is pending due to some security clearance. Does anybody has been through anything like this......Please share!
