5/24/02: Philly INS office is doing PP stamping on the same day.

My spouse went to Philly INS office for stamping today, 5/24/02 and got pp stamped.

details:

7:45AM arrived at building, waiting in line.
8:30AM entered the building, waiting in line "again"
9:30AM got a number waiting to be called.
11:25Am they call my spouse\'s number and did the finger index, singature and waiting for security clearance.
11:30AM INS took a short lunch break.
1:30PM PP stamping.

They took approval notice, I94, two photos, and EAD.

Go there earlier so you don\'t have to wait half hour for their lunch break.

They did.

The people went there today all got PP stamped.

Mayy be this INS doesn\'t have the new security system installed.

So guys in this local area are lucky.

They ran the computer for security check. It took about 1.5 hours.

Only after 1.5 hours secuirty check, they stamped the PP, and they attached security check result to the documents.
I myself stamped on 3/18/02. No such computer secuirty check.... So, system seems to be in place in Philly office.
