Applied for 4th EAD yesterday....... ...still waiting for 3rd AP which will probably come a year after it was applied for

my lawyer as usual dishes out platitudes about how TSC is really working very hard and that this is the most positive movement in a long time

Should trigger your approval. Probably that is why I got approved.

NOT the 4th EAD , but the reason of your approval lies in your "NAME" i.e. may01 !

I took the conventional route (paper) because i did not want to go through the hassles of going and getting my picture and FP's taken at the service center. besides i already had extra copies of photographs that i had taken for my AP
