485's Second RFE !!! - NSC

Team,

My case was filled at NSC in EB1C. Please find the case details in my signature. I got a RFE for my 485 and wife's as well (Birth certificate) and replied on 09/20/07. Got 2 LUDs that RFE was received and other one no idea. Today I received three emails that they have sent one more RFE and need additional evidence on my case only (not for my wife). Submit a written statement, on official letterhead, from the relevant government or other competent civil authority in India establishing that the birth certificate does not exist and/or is not available in that country. The statement must indicate the 1) reason the record does not exist and 2) whether similar records for the time and place are available.

Anyone of you have/had the same problem. It would be great help if you could respond so that I will prepare/get this doc from India and reply to my RFE.

its different

Since first RFE was about birth certificate and you have submited that your birth cerificate right, you should not have this rfe, i had two RFE's and both time they asked for borth certificate, it must be a mistake from their end, wait for your formal RFE in the mail, instead of email, you have better idea
