1.) 485, part 3 B, list your present husband/wife and all your sons and daughters.

Do I need include the citizen in this column? and his kids?
I have none kids need apply with me.

2.) I-130, C, 14, has your relative ever been in the US?
I am in US right now, and this is the only I been in US, never go out again. Should I say Y or N?

I-130 has a checklist paper and notify about I-751 remove the conditional basis.
Do I need hand in this page too? or keep for my reminder?

I-130 is his petition for you. Thus the answer would be 'yes' because you have been and still are in the US.
I-485 is your petition, so you need to list your husband and all your children, if you have any. If you don't have any kids, don't list them. If you do, and you are not petitioning for them, you have to list them anyway.

So I need fill my husband name, and just say not applying with me, and don`t list his son.
