I got my labor and I-140 approved from vermont.
Curretly i reside and work in Dallas.

Where do i file my 485 TSC or VSC?
Give a choice , i would prefer VSC.

Any suggestions will be greatly sppreciated.

We got similar case as yours. We live in Dallas, and our company applies everything at Vermont. Our 140 is approved from VSC, so we applied 485 in VSC in July this year, no problem. You can apply at VSC, there is no problem at all. And also you have a choice to apply at TSC (the slowest SC of all) too, which I know nobody prefer to do so. Stay back from TSC or you will be sucked up big time.

Did u list ur dallas address in the 485 form as current residence ?
Or did u list some other address which falls under VSC.

You can give your Dallas address. No problem.

I have similar case as yours. Got my L.C and I-140 approved from VSC.
Filed for 485 at VSC in Mar 2001. Live in Houston.
 
Right

When you fill out the forms (like Bio, 485 etc), just list your current home address. Your attorney will send out the paper work along with Approved 140 if needed. In our case, receipts went to attorney, and FP notices came to both our home address and attorney address as well.
