If we apply for EAD/AP along with 485 application, shouldn\'t we
get the receipt\'s for EAD/AP along with 485 receipts. My lawyer says
it\'s not abnormal.
I recieved 485 receipt\'s week ago and nothing about EAD/AP. I am worried that my lawyer forgot to apply for EAD/AP along with 485?

That is absolutely alright. EAD usually takes much longer. You will probably get the Adv. Parole next and the EAD will be the last to arrive. Do not worry!

Are you guys referring to reciept notices here! I don\'t see a reason
why EAD/AP notices have to be sent later than 485. They are all mailed same time. So, why the difference in sending notices.
I hear INS is crazy, but I can\'t make sense out of it unless they have different internal processes based on application type.

I also applied for 485/AP/EAD together for me and my wife and our attorney got all the six receipts in span of 2 or 3 days.
