Plasticcard, why do you think his FP is going to expire.
Sep23, you just have to wait. FP is just 1 step to your 485 approval.
It does not mean either if you are closer or far off ? TSC has no set time frame.

If the FP is done is Nov 2003, there is still several moths to go before FP expires. This is only Feb 2004.
We have people here who FP in early 2003 and late 2002.

FP expires after 15 months so I dont think you need to worry about that as you have more than a year left for that to happen.
I did my FP in March 2003 and my ND is 11/2001 and still waiting for my approval. The approval pattern by TSC has been discussed a lot in different threads and I doubt if anyone knows the criteria TSC follows for 485 processing.
Some people thought it was based on FP dates and people who did there FP between Jan 2003 to March 2003 were being approved but than there were some who did there FP in May 2003 and they got there approval.
Whats one can see by reading this forum is that TSC was just approving cases from April 2001 to August 2001 till not long a go and now we have a lot more approvals from August 2001 to Dec 2001.
So hang in there and hope for the best. Your turn will come soon
