485 Waiting with EAD & 140 Approval

Hi Friends,

My 140 got approved one week back and Holding EAD. Concurrently filed 140 & 485.

My wife's name is included recently and i am on H1 visa with my employer. My project is coming to an end.

How good is it to use EAD and try for permanent position in any company who sponsors and support my GC?

Do i need to wait untill my wife get her EAD& Advance pay role?

If I come to EAd and change job, Does it slow donw my GC process? Please let me know
