There has been so many emails/petitions from various law offices organizations sent to the INS regarding the
30 day tourist visa restrictions, but suprisingly
no one seems to be doing anything about this ridiculously long 485 processing. Can all applicants get together
and make requests to the INS to do something about these long waiting periods. At least the future applicants will
not remain in uncertainity for a long-looooong time like us.
 
Wrong, they made 100%, now they want more

Lawyers are happy if they can file an additional EAD or AP renewal, if they can respond to an RFE etc. It\'s more money for them. Maybe I\'m wrong, but I\'ve seen people on this board whose lawyers did not send their medicals at the time of application (when it is clearly stated to do so). This board (and others) are so needed since information is power, and if you don\'t have it, you get screwed royally.
