Detroit Local Transfers

I had filed my 1485 concurrently on august 26th 2002 in Vermont. and my 140 is approved in June 2003. EB2.
Me and my wife found this on the BCIS sight when we put in our EAC no.
On January 8, 2004, we transferred your I485 Application to Register Permanent Residence or to Adjust Status to our office in DETROIT, MI for them to schedule and conduct your interview. Scheduling can take several months. Our office in DETROIT, MI will notify you when they schedule your interview or take other action on your case.
When can I expect my Interview?. Is it normal to get this note. I never had any RFE till now. Any information will be helpful.
