485 Vermont - Help

Hi,

Me and my wife are waiting for our 485 approval. filed in VSC.

Ours is EB2, and
PD is July 2001.
I140 approved Sep 2004.
Filed 485 on 10th Dec 2005.

According to Vermont Visa Bulletin our case is current.

Do you guys have any idea about when I can expect the decision.
your help is greatly appreciated.

up to 4 months or could be less if you are lucky enough. For SVC, it should be pretty quick, not like local district office a "hell"...

Security check

thanks for the reply.

I just called the VSC and the representative told that my case is waiting on the Security Check. He said that a private agency is handling so he does not know how long it will take.

Can somebody please tell me how long it takes for the security check.
