485 transferred from CSC to NSC, then where to renew AP (I-131)

my 485 was transferred from csc to NSC in March 2007, my third AP ( approved by CSC) is expiring in Nov 2007. I need to renew it now. Where Should I file the AP? CSC or NSC?

I had similar situation and our lawyer filed with NSC.
