Did fingerprinting twice on the same month. Vermont online status says 485 transferred to local office on 11/7/2002. Baltimore will contact me to schedule interview. Got letter from Baltimore that we were scheduled Dec 4 and did not show up therefore, it means we are abandoning our case. We nor my lawyer did not receive any interview letter. Who would be crazy not to show up after more than 2 yrs of waiting. Our lawyer request to reopen the case but we have to pay $120. Last info from our lawyer was the case was reopened. Until now we have not heard from Baltimore.
