My 485 case RD 2002 march was transfered to LA offcice on dec 1 2003 from TSC. I live in orange county , so I went to Santa ana office to ask them to transfer my case to Santa ana office. They said the file is on transit and also said they have received my wife's file in santa ana office and also approved her 131 advance parole.
