485 Transfer to DETROIT

Hello:

   Both mine and my wife\'s I485 cases were transferred to Detroit. Details

   RD -> Sept 2000
   ND -> Oct 2000
   RFE (for birth cert, only for me) received by NEBRASKA -> Dec 31, 2001
   CASE TRANSFER DATE ->: Jan 10th 2002

   As of March 3rd, we have not received any interview letters. Just wondering
   if any of you are in a similar situation? Any idea when to expect the interview?

 A.P.: Not in sight...

 My case got transfered to Detroit on Feb 16 and I am
 still waiting for my wife\'s update.
 From what I was told, it takes about a month or two to get the
 interview call...
 
 I hope you get your letter as early as possible.

the RFE..

...what was the issue about the birth certificate? I myself could only submit an affadavit from my parents in place of a birth certificate. Hope your approval comes through soon. Good luck.
