485 transfer from VSC?

Dear all,

I filed my 485 concurrently with 140 EB-1 EA to VSC in April 2005 and my 140 approved in November 2005 (see my signiture below). Since then, I didn't see any changes in my 485 status and it has been 13 months since I did my fingureprint in July 2005. This makes me worried. I noticed that there was a discussion in this forum of transferring cases from VSC to TSC sometime ago, but I didn't follow the details then and couldn't find it now. So my question is: (1) will my 485 need to be transferred from VSC to TSC (or other centers)? ; (2) If yes to the first question, is it normal that I haven't received any case transfer notice or email from USCIS? I didn't even see the I-485 process date from VSC and worried whether all 485 cases at VSC have been transferred out.

I'm from a retrogression country, but there has been no waiting time in my cateogry (EB-1) since June 2006.

Good luck to everyone in the forum and thanks in advance for helping!!

Both my I-140 and I-485 were transfered to a local office from VSC. We got an interview after a really long wait. After a request of a court disposition, we are waiting for a gc in mail. That's what we were told. No LUD on evidence request. Just be patient, any day now, you will either get an approval notice or an invitation for an interview. We didn't any LUD or nothing when our cases were transfered from VSC to Fairfax, VA.
I am in EB1 EA category. I have waited since August 2004. They are really taking their time. I am not from a retrogression country, and my dates have been current all along. I still had to wait two years since filing to get an interview.
A little more paitience and good luck.
