I have come to India and have started working here because of the recession even if I have an H1, I140 approved and 485 pending(EB3-2004 priority date). Is it advisable to file for CP as I'm not planning to come back anytime soon? the employer is ready to cooperate as I also have done AC21 and had joined a new employer. Please clarify.
