Currently I am on H1 (changed my employer this week and H1B transfer approval is pending)
I am getting married on Aug 4th. and my fiance' has filed for her I140 on Eb3 . With the whole jing bang of PDs I was wondering wether its a good idea for me to file my 485 with her now.
I have not started my GC process yet ...
Any help would be appreciated.
