485 through Missouri Service Center (MSC)

All,

My company is in IL and my labor cleared through IL state -
Can I file my 485 through MSC ???

MSC is very fast and only 5 months behind.
I think IL state is comes under MSC jurisdiction also.

i believe that is right. MSC is only for consular processing cases. anyway, i dont think people choose their service centers. they have to file in the service center which their office comes under.

some people have offices with branches in other states in which case they choose where to file their cases. but for the most part for you it will be NSC.
