I am waiting for 485 approval. My status on the website shows rcvd and pending since applied. There has been no change. I rcvd EAD/AP, My RD for 485(EB2) is Nov 17, 2006. Now with the retrogression I am more confused. Should/can I check with TSC regarding my case as thier has been no updates since applied. What are the inquiry steps that I can take?

Our receipt date is also from Oct last year, no LUDs since the receive date. When I called up they said an officer had to review it before it could be adjudicated. I didn't even see any LUDs after the FP. Have you seen any?

Thanx for ur replies. Well after my FP I did recieve my AP and EAD but no LUD after that.....Also due to the retrogression the PPD has gone farther...
I am getting nervous because of this new bill as it discuses some cut of date that would include the applicants in process also....I am not sure how but it can...that we will know soon!!
