485 Status---"Card production ordered"

I did not see a msg that says my 485 is approved I directly see that my online 485 status msg says "Card production ordered".

Can someone please answer my following Qs
- Does this mean that my 485 is approved? and my GC process is now done?
- I am assuming that a little later it will be mailed and the status would say "You Card is Mailed"--something like that?
- Is this card is my ever waiting "Green Card"?
- Earlier the procedure used to be that the candidate need to complete the GC process by stamping their passport in the local INS office, what is this about? and do I need to do anything like that now?
- Is this card good enough to present while travelling/entering in to US? (with nothing in my passport saying that I have a GC?)

Congratulations!.

That's your green card. With in a week you will get approval notice as well as the green card. As far as I know, you don't need any stamping on the passport. You can use the card for entering to US.
