485 stamping in a different state !!!!

guys....my thingi got approved ysterday...I live in Detroit but my address per INS is a friend's address in NY....can I go to the local INS center here in Detroit and get my pp stamped ???

anybody heard of anything like that ??

It will certainly save me a lot of time (and a day of consulting revenue !!)

Congrats!! You'd better ask the Q to yoru lawyer.

Someone wrote before that his approval by VSC asked him to get stamping in SFO, California. Well, he must have filed address change, though.

Yes you can

get Stamped in Detroit. Rememeber to tell the Officer that your Address has changed while she is filling up he I-89
