Do we have to sign in "black ink" only while applying for I-485? I recently read somewhere that INS rejected a few petitions in the past mistaking the originals to be photo copies because they were signed in "black ink". Any help?
Also, is it required to put our names in "native alphabets" on G-325? my lawyer didn't ask for that. any help is greatly appreciated.
