If I change to different company in different location, could I have salary lower than I-140/labor salary? It was AC21 case more than 180 days. What about different industry? I mean from Automotive to Snowmobile industry, they are similar. Do they consider same or different?

It is not industry but your respectabilities need to be same. If you have labor as automobile design engineer in you need to be automobile design engineer in Snow mobile industry. That is requirement. Small difference in designation is OK. But responsibility should match as much as possible
