Hello Friends,

Usually how long does it takes once we replied for RFE(485), My attorney sent all docuemnts to USCIS today.........I am just wondering how long should I wait, Please update with your experinces.

RFE: EVL, 2 years Tax returns, H1

It exactly took 2 weeks for me to get approved from the date USCIS received the RFE response.

For me, it took two months for them to even look at my response ... then they issued another RFE! Haven't received it in hand yet.
